Anita has more than 17 years of experience in the development sector with special focus on project management and monitoring. She has worked with numbers of national and international organizations such as Handicap International, CDWN, NNDSWO, Democratic Freedom and Human Rights Institution. She is one of the recipients of the Social Inclusion Research Fund fellowship and had conducted research on violence against Dalit women. She also received Dr. Harka Gurung research fellowship as well as fellow of the US department of State International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP).
