ADRF and its Members shall operate and abide by the following core values:

Respect for diversity: We prioritize the rights of Dalits & CDWD communities, while simultaneously respecting and embracing diversity in society in all its forms.

Social Justice and Equity: We acknowledge that all are to be treated with justice and fairness regarding provision of various opportunities and resources within the organization so that all feel recognized, affirmed and accepted as equal partners in promoting the mission of ADRF.
