Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI):

The Asia Dalit Rights Forum (ADRF) is dedicated to advancing the rights and inclusion of Dalits & CDWD communities across Asia. Within its mission, ADRF recognizes GEDS as a fundamental commitment both in organizational management and programming. To fulfill this commitment effectively, ADRF conducts thorough country-wise assessments to grasp the nuances of GEDSI challenges faced by women, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ individuals from Dalits and CDWD. These assessments aim to uncover key barriers and root causes. A crucial aspect of ADRF's approach will be fostering a shared understanding of GEDSI among its member organizations and ensuring active participation and leadership of women in various committees and structures. Additionally, ADRF actively advocates for the inclusion of Dalits and CDWD women in regional and global platforms. ADRF will emphasize inclusiveness and gender sensitivity in selecting new member organizations.
