Manjula Pradeep is a Human Rights Activist working for the rights of marginalised communities in particular Dalits and women from marginalised communities for more than three decades in India. Manjula is the former Executive Director of Navsarjan Trust, a Dalit rights Organization in Gujarat. Manjula is the National Convenor of National Council of Women Leaders (NCWL) spread out in 20 states of India uniting women leaders from marginalised communities and providing them a platform to address and represent their issues. Manjula has been supporting survivors and victims of gender and caste based violence in accessing justice. She is striving to build and strengthen leadership of marginalised women at the grassroots. She is the Co-Convenor of Fight Inequality Alliance (FIA), India which is part of a Global movement building just, equal and sustainable world. Manjula was listed by BBC as one of the 100 inspiring and influential women in the world for the year 2021.
