Advisor of ADRF - Aloysius Irudayam SJ: Holding Master’s degrees in Philosophy and Political Science, he is an experienced grassroots social activist and trainer, having long years of involvement with marginalized communities and civil society organizations. Presently he is the Program Director for Advocacy Research and Human Rights Education in Legal Action, Advocacy and Services (LAAS) centre, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Besides, he is closely associated with the Asia Dalit Rights Forum as Advisor, and the Global Forum of Communities Discriminated on Work and Descent (GFoD), New Delhi as Consultant and Research Advisor. His commitment to Dalit Rights has led him to participate in many national, regional and international advocacy and lobbying programs and conferences. He has co-authored several advocacy research publications and campaign documents related to Dalits and Tribals which have been used for state, national and international level advocacy and lobbying purposes.
